My Favorite High-end Products ~ March 2015

Hello!

So a few days ago, I was re-arranging my make-up collection and I put all my high-end products together and chose my favorites. At the moment, I am LOVING Benefit Cosmetics products, I have always liked them but I seem to be using their products on a day-to-day basis and never have a problem with them. My favorite high-end products (at the moment) also include products from Urban Decay, Mac, Zoeva and Milani. So if you follow my instagram (@belltellblog) then you would of seen my post showing my fave high-end products but I will go into more details on the products themselves and my own honest opinion on them down below. 

Urban Decay 'Naked 2' Palette

I LOVE this palette sooo much! This is my first high-end eye palette, I chose to start with the 'naked 2' instead of the others because I preferred the colors as they are mainly nudes and brown toned colors. What I love about this palette is that its so easy to create a range of looks with these pigmented shadows, ranging from a natural soft eye to a deep smokey eye. 'Blackout' the darkest color in the palette is a soft matte black which is PERFECT to use as a liner to enhance the smokiness of a smokey eye look...your welcome ;) ! My favorite color for a base in the palette is 'Foxy' as it isn't matte but it isn't shimmery, its the perfect base for eye shadow and even a brow highlight in my opinion! I then love to use 'tease' which I also LOVE as it can be perfect on its own just to add a color to the lids but then it also works on top of 'Foxy' to start off the look! I also love how the naked palettes come with a double ended brush, one side tapered and the other side is fluffier, there's nothing worse than using a eye shadow sponge applicator!! Overall, I would highly recommend the naked palettes and would give this a 5 STAR rating!

M.A.C Studio Sculpt Foundation

I have this foundation in NW15 and I an super impressed with the color match as it matches my skin tone perfectly as I have struggled for years to find a foundation that matches e perfectly, so finding this was a godsend! I bought this foundation in late November 2014 and I'm just approaching the last use which is AMAZING as I use this foundation near enough every day and use about a pea sized amount every time, so it has lasted around 5 months which is AMAZING! This foundation has a build-able coverage, the more you put on, the heavier the coverage. However, I do find that it can become quite cakey after a while even with a small amount of powder, a primer and fixing spray! But overall I would recommend this foundation for anyone who enjoys a heavy build-able foundation.

Urban Decay 'All nighter' Setting Spray

This is AMAZING! I needed something that I could rely on to hold my foundation on all day with it still looking fresh and this does it! I bought the travel size just to try it out and I would happily re-purchase this and buy the full size! I haven't tried the 'de-slick' but I am really happy with this one so I don't feel the need to change. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants their make-up to stay and look healthy and fresh all day! Its unreal!

Milani Powder Blush

First off, how GORGEOUS is this blush?! Its shaped as a rose and the color is just perfect! Mine is in the color '08 Tea Rose' and its beautiful. It so pigmented so you don't a lot on your brush! Also its HUGE for a blush! I can definitely see it going a long way! I also love the packaging as it is gold with a see through lid so you can see the beautiful product all the time. I don't know if milani is classed as drugstore or high end but it deserves to be high end because its such a beautiful product! I DEFINITELY recommend!

Benefit POREfessional

This is such a good primer and is also good to use to touch up any patchy places during the day, the only thing I would say about this product is that it can sometimes make my foundation cakey! I love how soft it makes my face and it also smells really nice which is also a great good point about a face product! I would recommend this to someone who uses a lightweight foundation as to a heavy foundation as I find it benefits the lightweight better. 

Benefit Rollerlash

As soon as I used this mascara i instantly fell inlove! It curls your lashes as well as seperating them and aswel as lengthening them! You only have to apply a few coats and your ready to go! It stays all day and doesnt flake off and your lashes stay long for the whole day! I got this free with the ELLE magazine and I will defo purchase the full size when this one runs out! THANK YOU BENEFIT!!!!
